The Gold pizza peel is made of anodised aluminium with the special G.H.A. (Golden Hard Anodizing) treatment that makes it strong and light as a feather.
The head is perforated to reduce friction and excess flour.
The sliding middle handle is made of special high-density polymer, resists shocks and insulates the hands from heat.
An interlock on the bottom of the handle allows the intermediate element to be locked in place and available at the top when the paddle is placed upside down.
Warnings:
must NOT be used to move logs inside the oven.
It must NOT be used directly on the flame.
