Corona features two different shapes in a single mold. The mat can be used both with "pâte à cigarette" and with chocolate to create elegant and refined decorations. The decorations can be prepared in advance and transformed if necessary. They are useful for decorating first and second courses, for creating original aperitifs or for giving a refined touch to plated desserts.
