Blue iron rectangular baking pan

Blue iron rectangular baking pan for professional use.
Available in different sizes:
Cm 30x23x3h
Cm 35x28x3h

First use:
- Bake the pan in a hot oven at 150° for about 30 minutes, without oiling the pan. Then let the pan cool to room temperature and wipe it clean with a cloth or kitchen paper.
- Once cooled, grease the pan totally with olive oil in a not excessive amount and proceed to burn, baking the pan upside down at maximum temperature. Keep it in the oven for 30 minutes, if all goes well you will see smoke and smell a bad odor due to the oil being consumed and vitrified by the heat.
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool about 2 hours. Repeat the treatment again.
At this point if the pan is covered with an even patina, the treatment is finished.
After each use:
- always clean with a cloth, store in dry places, especially if used occasionally, and avoid contact with acidic substances.
Not recommended for use in leavening and freezing rooms. Washing with water and caustic solutions is not recommended.
-If rust occurs, it should be removed with fine-grit sandpaper or emery cloth, insisting until it reaches the live metal and then repeating the burn.
