Round iron tray, excellent for pizzas and focaccias.
Iron is an excellent conductor of heat, ensuring uniform cooking and favoring the alveolation of the dough.
Oven high temperature resistant
When using for the first time, brush with oil and bake at 150°C for about 30 minutes.
Leave to cool completely and repeat the process to create a patina that makes the pan non-stick.
Do not cut directly on the pan, so as to preserve its correct functioning. Unlike those in Teflon, the absence of coating avoids the risk of contaminating food.
