The Blackbolt planetary mixer is a device with a quiet, long-lasting DC motor that allows for even mixing.
Thanks to the cooling system, the device can run continuously for 60 minutes.
The capacity of the stainless steel bowl is 7 liters, and it can mix 0.2 to 1.5 kg of flour, whip 2 to 20 egg whites, mix 150 to 1,500 ml of sweet cream, and whip 0.1 to 2 liters of fresh cream.
The mixer is equipped with a timer and a synthetically coated handle.
It also has 4 preset programs for: kneading, sponge cake, whipping cream and whipping eggs.
