Steamer consisting of two plates stacked one on top of the other and lid, ideal for steaming rice, dumplings, fish, vegetables and many other traditional Asian dishes.
The basket is placed over a pan in which the water boils, at least 4-5 cm. The steam, spreading upwards, allows the contents of both dishes to be cooked at the same time.
After cooking, the dishes in the steamer can be used to serve the dishes directly at the table.
The lid of the steamer is equipped with a small hook to make it easier to grip and avoid burning your hands.
